Whether you post film to us, use our drop points, or leave your order with us in the shop, all verification emails are experiencing delays.
Bringing orders into our system currently take 2-4 days from your order arriving at the lab. Just hang tight. We’re a small team, and replying to emails prevents us from scanning film. So for this reason, we are requesting that you do not chase orders within quoted turnaround times.
ECN2 Service Temporarily Halted! 🛑
We are currently unable to complete new ECN2 orders until further notice. This is due to temporary unavailability at the cine lab we outsource ECN2 to.
New ECN2 orders received and verified by the lab during this period will be stored safely until the service can continue.
We will update you as soon as the service is available again, and until then please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused!
If you have already received your confirmation of arrival email, this will not apply to you. So please do not contact us about your order.
Turbo (24hr) Service Altered! 🛑
We are temporarily making the turbo (24H) service available for in-store customers only. To have your order processed within 24 hours, please speak to a member of staff.

Turnaround Times! ⏱️
We currently have a large backlog of orders after our premises move, and bringing orders in currently take 2-4 days from your order arriving at the lab.
⚠️ Turnaround times commence once your order is verified.
⚠️ If you submit a mixed order (eg. 1x C41 & 1x E6) turnaround will be up to 14 days.
Current turnaround times are as follows:
🎞️ Colour (C41) and B&W up to 7 working days
🎞️ E6 up to 14 working days
🎞️ ECN-2 temporarily unavailable (see above)
We understand this is not ideal, but the team is working overtime to get back to our usual turnarounds.
