Turnaround Times! ⏱️

We survived the move, but haven’t yet cleared the backlog! Operations in the new place are getting smoother, but we still have a little way to go.

Whether you post film to us, use our drop points, or leave your order with us in the shop, all verification emails are experiencing delays. Just hang tight. We’re a small team, and replying to emails slows it down for everyone. Right now it’s taking us 2-4 days to bring orders into our system from receiving them in the lab. So for this reason, we are requesting you do not chase orders.

🎞️ Colour (C41) and B&W up to 7 working days
🎞️ ECN-2 and E6 up to 14 working days

⚠️ Turnaround times commence once your order is verified.
⚠️ If you submit a mixed order (eg. 1x C41 & 1x ECN-2) turnaround will be up to 14 days.
⚠️ Turbo (24 hour) turnaround service is temporarily for in-store customers only. If you’d like your C41/BW order turned around with this service, please speak to a member of staff.

We hope to be back to our usual turnaround time as soon as we can.
