Turnaround Times! ⏱️

We survived the move, but haven’t quite yet cleared the backlog! Operations in the new place are getting smoother, but we still have a little way to go.

Whether you post film to us, use our drop points, or leave your order with us in the shop, all verification emails are experiencing delays. Just hang tight. We’re a small team, and replying to emails slows it down for everyone. So for this reason, we are requesting you do not chase orders.

🎞️ Colour (C41) and B&W up to 7 working days
🎞️ ECN-2 and E6 up to 14 working days

⚠️ Turnaround times commence once your order is verified.
⚠️ If you submit a mixed order (eg. 1x C41 & 1x ECN-2) turnaround will be up to 14 days.
⚠️ If you require your film back quick-sharp please select Turbo on the order form.

We hope to be back to our usual turnaround time as soon as we can.
